The Team

Dr. LC received her Doctorate in Business Administration from California Baptist University and has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Executive & Board of Directors Consulting, Organizational Leadership, Professional & Business Services, Higher Education, Community Services, and Non-Profit Management. Dr. LC has committed her life to enhancing the community through service and support since she was a child.

 

This commitment started when she began volunteering for the Special Olympics and continues to flourish today. This dedication is driven by the philosophy of bridging the gap between being underserved and having an equal playing field. Through this passion Dr. LC continues to find ways to bring hope and stability in an effort to improve her community and change lives for the better.

Dr. LC joined the Orange County Recreation and Education Collective (OCREC) family in April 2023. As a part of the non-profit leadership team, she is responsible for overseeing fundraising, grant writing, and grant programs including Destination Exploration, Empowering Friendtorship, Clubs, Tutoring Services, Parent Support Program and Community Support Program. She is excited to develop, provide, and obtain continuous funding resources for our programs, children, young adults, their families, and the communities we serve so that we continue to flourish for many generations to come.

In her free time Dr. LC enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading a good book, listening to music, dancing, and watching movies.
